Kelvin Gastelum believes that he could be on the chopping block for Noche UFC.
Gastelum will record Dustin Stoltzfus on Saturday in a fight that he believes he has high commitment. Gastelum comes from a decision loss for Joe Pyfer and is 3-7 in his last 10, so he believes he is fighting for his work on Saturday evening.
“Just depends on how great the danger is,” Gastelum MMA Junkie Radio told. “You have to judge the situation and see if it is something that I can handle. If not, we must stay safe. Every round can be different. I think he will try to struggle and box and prevent it. He does a bit of everything that is really good, it can be a really good fight, maybe even fighting the night.
Kelvin Gastelum has been in the UFC since 2013, so it would be a surprise. But he knows he has struggled lately, and if he loses to Stoltzfus, he should be on the chopping block.

Although Gastelum knows that the pressure is on him, he is excited to return to the Octagon.

“I feel good, man,” said Gastelum. “I feel physically very, very good, but I do feel the years of wear. I don’t feel old, but I feel that the years have taken a toll on my body.”
Kelvin Gastelum is 19-10 and one NC and comes from the loss of Pyfer. For that he scored a decision victory on Daniel Rodriguez.
