Keller Williams Expands into Uzbekistan Amid Double-Digit International Sales Growth – KW Outfront Magazine

Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by number of agents, is expanding in Asia. As the momentum continues, KW has been awarded a new master franchise in Uzbekistan.

“This has truly been a historic year of international growth for Keller Williams, which is a direct result of entrepreneurs who think big, act boldly and remain committed to our models that drive success,” said William E. Year to date results (January to October 2025)

  • KWW has more than 17,600 international agents.
  • KWW agents closed more than 70,000 units, an increase of 4.6 percent from the previous year.
  • KWW agents closed a sales volume of 17.2 billion euros, an increase of 24.2 percent compared to 2024.
  • KW expanded to seven international regions in 2025, including the Cayman Islands, El Salvador, Hungary, North Macedonia, SingaporeUzbekistan, and Qatar.

Under the leadership of Regional Operations Director Arthur Yugai, the KW franchise in Uzbekistan is currently initializing its operations. In the fourth quarter of 25, KW® Uzbekistan is expected to open its first market center.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Arthur and his team join us,” said Soteroff. “He is an exceptional steward of our brand in Uzbekistan, and his strong vision will also increase our momentum and impact across Asia.”

A business leader with 15 years of experience in real estate and government reform, Yugai operated a franchise affiliated with Etagi, a full-service real estate company, before joining KW. He grew the company to more than 100 professionals while introducing innovative single window services that modernized Uzbekistan’s real estate market.

Before Etagi, Yugai held key government roles in promoting major capital market and investment reforms. He is also the author and host of ‘Kind of Smart’, a podcast that explores business, economics and culture in Uzbekistan.

“Through KW’s systems and education, we want to help agents think and act like entrepreneurs,” said Yugai. “Over time, this will continue to raise service standards, strengthen customer confidence and shape a more professional real estate industry.”

Uzbekistan marks the eighth KW master franchise in Asia. As of October 31, KW has 21 market centers and more than 1,200 agents across Asia. The brand’s other seven regions are Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, Singapore and New Delhi, India.

“We built Uzbekistan’s first full-service real estate company and transformed the role of real estate agent from an informal profession to a respected career path,” said Yugai. “Now, together with Keller Williams, we are ready to take this transformation to the next level.”

As of October 31, KWW has 265 market centers (outside the US and Canada) across more than 60 regions. KWW is currently exploring further expansion opportunities in Africa, Central and South America, Central and Eastern Europe and throughout Asia.
