Kane Brown places breathtaking 5-month fitness transformation prior to Tour muscle and fitness

Singer and songwriter Kane Brown is a man who is constantly popular. The country star started his time between touring and promoting his music and started to feel that his fitness levels were suffering as a result of always on the road. So when a small opening finally appeared in his gigantic schedule, Brown used some rare downtime to be fragmented in the summer, prior to the next stage of his ‘The High Road Tour’. To discuss his journey so far, Brown sat down with M&F and recognized his biggest challenge to come – stay consistent during his upcoming international tour.

Kane Brown has been an important part of the soundtrack for our lives for more than ten years. His single ‘Heaven’ sold more than 10 million units in the US and ‘What Ifs’ is streamed on Spotify more than half a billion times only. But while Brown rode high in the charts, a nagging feeling told him that he had to get back in a better form. Then, in April, the singer was in Canada and scrolled through his phone, when He came across a clip from UFC president Dana White about the benefits of fastingWith three days off from his daily job for him, Brown decided to try it himself. “And I got six other people on tour with me to do it,” the singer tells M&F. “Once I saw what happened, I really didn’t want to put anything back in my body,” explains the star. “I started exercising and training, and then I started looking at bodybuilding.”

Kane Brown adjusted his lifestyle to achieve his fitness goals

Brown completed his fast through only drinking water, electrolytes and bone broth and was encouraged by the results (those with medication or medical conditions must consult a health star before they start with long -term fasting). However, working on his physique during busier times would require adjustments. “The most difficult part of staying fit with my lifestyle is traveling,” explains Brown. However, the trust of the ‘back seat driver’ was stimulated by that first fast, because he proved that he could only spend time in hotel rooms without the desire to graze on junk food to kill the time. Since then he has been on the steering support since then with his health regime.

The star now takes in advance prepared meals on the road where possible on the road, so that he does not give in to temptation. “I would say, for me it is 80% kitchen, 20% gym, but I will say it is all mentality,” he explains. Previously a self-proclaimed pop-tart devil, the singer’s fridge is now free from processed foods and options for high sugar. Brown likes running or walking like his favorite forms of cardio. “Get a mile, minimal,” says the ‘Miles On It’ singer. “And when you have the mile, your day is set.”

Brown has even become a positive force among his colleagues. “My manager likes to run, my videographer likes to run,” the singer explains and notes that he likes a slope for his heart -ball, fat -burning effects. The star also says that dropping weight and working on his cardio has made him better in activities such as basketball. “I feel young again,” says the 31-year-old. “I have the feeling that I am 21.” Brown shares that he generally strives for around 1,900 calories a day to stay in a small shortage, so that he can be a “refeed” day where he eats around 2,200 clean calories. “It is now four months ago, right,” he shares of his journey to become a buff.

Kane Brown levels with a high volume of resistance training

Brown tells M&F that he trains seven days a week, split in two days for legs, two days before chest, one day for arms and two for back and shoulders. He still runs at least a mile and also works his core every day. “I like to concentrate on the muscle you work,” the singer explains, and notes that he likes to feel the contraction and complete rack with every representative. “Lighter weights, higher repetitions,” Brown shares when he discusses how he has become so torn. “I have a lot of endurance.”
