HI! We’re Jen & Katie. We are twin sisters and business partners who have been successfully selling real estate together since 1998. Since we both grew up in Portland, we share a firsthand knowledge of the city and its ever-evolving real estate landscape. We’ve made it our mission to make home buying and selling less stressful and SUCCESSFUL by perfecting three key pillars: expert strategy, great communication, and education and advocacy. We’re pretty serious about the community, and in addition to hosting annual food, clothing, and supply drives for various nonprofits, we’re big supporters of One tail at a time PDX, Rahab’s sistersand the American Red Cross all year round! Individually and collectively as a team, we are HUGE dog lovers – when we’re not at work, you can find most of us cuddled or exploring with our furry companions (shout out to Brady, Tater, Olive, Foster, and Muncie!) In 2016, we created a division of our team focused solely on helping seniors downsize and transition from lifelong homes, Seniors on the move. Recognizing that this population was not only misunderstood, but also vulnerablewe wanted to change the narrative and instead offer a compassionate, patient approach to a challenging and often emotional situation – all while using our decades of real estate experience to ensure they get the best possible outcome in their sale.
