Wilmington, del. – After having won the Blue Stakes with ease a month ago, Deninginary Stable’s imaginary stable is Jump on the gun Followed with a dominant victory in the limited or certified limited $ 117,750 Small Wonder Stakes in Delaware Park today.
With Julio Hernandez on board, the 2-year-old daughter of Gun Runner won 3 3/4 lengths and returned $ 2.20 as a favorite in the field of six. The Kentucky-bred conditioned by Andrew Simoff included the six furlongs in 1: 11.42 on a fast main track. Doc’s Wonder, with Yedsit Hazlewood, became second and it was another 2-lengths further back to the Dorst for Hope, with Carol Cedeno, in third place.
