Judge of Atlanta is wrong reading the judgment, says wrongly that man is guilty before he corrects himself

A judge in Atlanta wrongly announced the wrong judgment, so that the courtroom remained in shock when he corrected himself with the viral incident.

The judge was also chairman of a controversial test by Alton Oliver. Oliver was accused of the fatal shooting of a Sheriff’s deputy in Fulton County.

“We the jury finds the suspect guilty of all six counts of the indictment,” said Judge Henry Newkirk.

While the Atlanta judge unveiled the wrong judgment, the court broke out in confused screams of “what”. He immediately took his words back, because the jury Oliver actually released from all charges.
