There may be unrevealed new home plans from Jennifer Hawkins-Wall and Jake Wall on the horizon.
They have quietly listed their territory on the Terrigal, Central Coast, with rolling lawns down to Avoca Lake. Mat Steinwede of McGrath Terrigal has the entry.
Their $6 million purchase of the 3.3-hectare business was secured in 2021 and settled in mid-2022.
At the time, the couple had told officers they were looking for a home on the Central Coast, which would bring daughter Frankie Violet and son Hendrix closer to their grandparents in the Newcastle-Lake Macquarie district.
The famous couple continues to rent near the coast.

The surplus property on the Scenic Highway comes with an empty seven-bedroom Old English-style mansion, one of the few that backs onto the water. The local rumor was that they planned to demolish the house and build it using Jake Wall’s award-winning construction company, J Group Projects.
But there has been no approval for the development.
Meanwhile, the four-year construction of the mega-mansion at Whale Beach on the Rocca Bella estate continues.

But the couple have no plans to live in the property, with a caveat on Christmas Eve 2021 revealing that the house was sold via a put and call option to a mystery buyer, reportedly for just under $30 million.
The initial purchase paperwork was filed by attorneys Mills Oakley, signed by financial entrepreneur Simon Tripp, who had no economic interest in the purchasing company.

It is just one of the few homes on the waterfront.
They paid $6 million for the property in 2021.
Now the firm is led by David Appleby of Speed and Stracey Lawyers, who continue to protect the buyer’s identity. The mystery buyer added the adjacent Rayner Rd lot in 2023 for $7 million.
The original double-block home, once owned by opera singer Joan Sutherland, cost $6.95 million in 2020.
