When the subject of whom the two best players ever have to play for the Utah Jazz, the two who are called unanimous are Karl Malone and John Stockton. They are not only the two best jazzs ever, but two of the best NBA players ever. Yet it seems that jazz fans feel different. Malone had a new poll as the best player of the franchise ever, but at number 2 was … Lauri Markkanen?
No, your eyes don’t cheat on you. In a recent poll by the popular fan page Jazz Lead, Markkanen was named the second best jazz player in history.
Somehow Lauri Markkanen was named the second best jazz musician of all time. Who are the third jazz fans?

It is possible that jazz fans are currently on vacation, as it is Augustus, which happens to be the only month in the NBA where nothing happens too remarkable – the Georges Niang -trade is the exception on the rule (not the norm) – but a one -off star gets the second overall selection when the jazz has had a multiple hall of famers and pend -all -stars in the team?
Lauri Markkanen is good. He’s not so good.
Markkanen has definitely been one of the most impressive individual jazz stories in the recent memory. After looking like a lottery, whose talent was felt, but the production was overwhelming, Markkanen rewrote the script on his career on his career when he set up a jazzuniform.
It’s all good and good, but to compare him with someone like Stockton, one of the best Pure Point Guards ever plays in the NBA, who is the model of consistency, is downright laughable. Markkanen still has a long way to go for him to be placed in the same breath as a basketball legend as Stockton. If he brings a title to Utah, we might talk about it, but everyone knows that the jazz is pretty far away from it.
To be honest, regardless of how the Markkanen era ends, he can go down as one of the most exciting players ever attracting a jazzuniform. He may not be one of the best players in the competition, but he is quite fun to watch. A seven-footer who can create his own shot, has the floor space and can play both forward positions and in the middle? That is a rare spectacle!
Markkanen was able to mention his name in lists with the top 10 jazz players once as Utah in the coming years will become a title candidate with him who was at the forefront. The chances that he was ever put in the same conversation as Stockton and Malone, most Homer Jazz fans would let their eyes roll.
