Jacob & Co unveils its $150 million Aureum estate in Dubai Hills

Jacob Arabo has always pushed the boundaries of design, whether it’s a Bugatti-inspired timepiece or an exclusive 1-of-1 piece of jewelry. As founder of Jacob & Co. and an influential figure in the luxury world, his legacy has been shaped by complex timepieces and gemstones. Now Jacob has turned his attention to architecture with Jacob & Co’s Aureum Estate, a $150 million private residence in Dubai Hills that translates his design philosophy into a livable form.

For Arabo, Aureum Estate represents a personal vision that becomes reality. “With Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co, I wanted to redefine the concept of a private home.” “Every material, every line and every space reflects uncompromising craftsmanship and visionary design.” Spanning almost 42,000 square meters over three levels, the estate combines architectural innovation with the complexity of a Jacob & Co.’s Astronomia timepiece. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom villa is equipped with a private spa with a hammam, sauna and ice room.

Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co. Located just 15 minutes from Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, in a rare area in Dubai Hills, private yet deeply connected to the city. The house overlooks the golf course and was designed with the skyline as a backdrop. It combines tranquility with extravaganza. Outside, the large swimming pool doubles as a gathering space with a built-in DJ booth and access to catering. Inside, the kitchen and service areas have been designed with the same precision as the entertainment suites, balancing modern styling and livable functionality. The villa introduces regional firsts such as an outdoor cooling system, hospital-quality air filtration and smart water recycling.

But what really sets Aureum Estate apart is the story embedded in its structure. Every stone, metal and finish was put together by a team of fourteen designers and eight architects under Arabo’s direct supervision. The Triple-A grade marble, sourced from a single Italian quarry, required a one-year waiting list to ensure pattern consistency. The onyx bar, once reserved for auction at Sotheby’s, is now in the Great Hall. Custom-made chandeliers from Italy and the Czech Republic illuminate natural stone. Sculptural bonsai displays and unique furniture pieces complete the ultra-luxe vision.
