IU moved in both national university football surveys that were released on Sunday afternoon after a strong week of two performance.
De Hoosiers jumped up two places in the Last US LBM Coaches Poll.
IU crushed Kennesaw State 56-9 on Saturday afternoon in Memorial Stadium and is number 19 as a result of the coaches survey. De Hoosiers started the season at number 19 in the survey of the coaches.
IU coach Curt Cignetti is in the season of the US LBM Board of Coaches for the 2025 season.
Ohio State (no. 1), Penn State (no. 2) and Oregon (no. 5) kept stable in the survey of the coaches, while Illinois moved three places to no. 9 after the victory at Duke. Michigan dropped nine places to No. 22 after the loss in Oklahoma. Nebraska and Washington both received voices.
In the latter Associated Press Top 25 PollIU moved one place to No. 22.
After a victory of a week against Old Dominion, the Hoisiers fell from no. 20 to no. 23.
Ohio State (no. 1) and Penn State (no. 2) are the top two teams in the AP -Poll for a second consecutive week. Oregon moved two places to no. 4 after the 69-3 rout of Oklahoma State.
Illinois is now no. 9 in the AP survey and Michigan fell on number 23. Nebraska was the only Big ten team outside the top 25 that received voices in the AP survey.
Indiana is back in action on Friday evening when it houses Indiana State in Bloomington. Kickoff is planned at 6.30 p.m. on BTN.
