The ATTU Technical Committee and Referee Committee, in cooperation with the Chinese Table Tennis Association (CTTA), cordially invites the member associations of ATTU to nominate International Referees (IU) for the thirty-fifth Asian Cup to be kept indoors Haikou, China by February 4 to 8, 2026.
A total of six (6) Overseas international referees will be invited. Hospitality in a double room, shared with another referee, starts from lunch on February 3 until breakfast on February 9. The nominees, or their associations, are responsible for all related international travel expenses to Haikou, China and insurance costs. Each referee will receive an honorarium in accordance with ATTU guidelines.
Associations are allowed nominate one (1) International referee only. The nominee must be an active international referee with achievements Gold Badge or Blue Badge status.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Should a nominated referee require a visa, please send relevant details with full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number and expiry date of passport when submitting nomination. After confirmation you will receive an invitation letter. Please note that the issuance of a visa is solely at the discretion of the consulate or embassy in question.
All referees are expected to arrive early enough to attend the referee briefing scheduled for Tuesday evening, February 3, 2026. They are also required to remain for the entire period of their appointment.
This is an open invitation to all member associations of the ATTU and therefore not all nominated referees can be accepted. Only nominations submitted by associations of ATTU before the deadline of December 20, 2025 will be considered. The names of IUs accepted will be sent to all associations by January 2, 2026.
Complete the online nomination form no later than this December 16, 2025. Late submissions will not be processed.
