Invest RS 30,000, Gersurated RS 24 Lakh is gersured daily: an offer that an investment adviser has excluded by Sebi

Investment advisor Shilpa Garg landed in a regulatory visor after promising the moon to an investor and reportedly disappeared after the investor has sustained losses. She had assured that an investment of only RS 30,000 would generate a daily turnover of RS 24 Lakh – which would imply an astronomical return of almost 8,000%.

The supervisor also sent her a Cause Knore (SCN) show why no action should be taken against her for the alleged violations. Sebi Order noticed that she did not respond to the SCN.
