A far-left Democratic candidate from Illinois has now received a double dose of FAFO after foolishly trying to stop ICE agents from deporting illegal aliens.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Katherine Abughazaleh, who is running for Congress in Illinois’ 9th Congressional District, joined other anti-ICE protesters in Broadview last month to block a processing facility used by the agency.
Things quickly spiraled out of control when an ICE agent lost a tear gas canister, which a protester picked up and threw in the direction of NewsNation reporter Ali Bradley.
The chaos continued to unfold when Abughazaleh decided to mess with ICE. But a brave ICE agent intervened and promptly took care of Abughazaleh.
As the video below shows, he forcibly dragged her away and slammed her to the ground with his body. She eventually lands hard on her butt.

Just a week later, Abughazaleh blocked an ICE vehicle AGAIN and bragged about it on social media.
At the Broadview ICE facility, an ICE agent attempted to run over dozens of protesters with an SUV as we walked through a public crosswalk.

On Wednesday, Abughazaleh was charged along with five others with conspiracy to obstruct the work of a federal law enforcement officer.
The charge appears to be related to the second offense.
Abuhazaleh called charged her and the other agitators “an attack on our First Amendment rights” and vowed to fight back.
“Since I and others exercised our First Amendment rights, ICE has beaten, dragged, thrown, shot, and tear-gassed hundreds of protesters simply because we had the audacity to say that masked men entering our communities, kidnapping our neighbors, and terrorizing us cannot become our new normal,” she said in a video on X.
“And because Chicago has not backed down from mask-wearing bullies poisoning our neighborhoods, this administration has resorted to weaponizing the federal justice system to scare us,” she added. “But we are not going to remain silent.”
