Instant pot pork is a very easy dinner, and we loved this pork roast that was flavored with balsamic vinegar. And this message also has a link to my recipe for slow cooker pork roasted, if you prefer that version.

For a long time I have had a note for myself to try an immediate pot version of my popular pork roasted in the slow cooker, and we were so happy with how the roasting of the instant pot turned out to be! And this recipe for pork wire was so quick and easy to make in the Instant Pot!

We used the same Rosemary garlic herbs that I liked so much for the slow cooker version, but if you don’t want to make that mixture, you only replace any herbs that are good with pork. I used Pigslende from Costco, which was also cheap and delicious, and this made eight portions for a main course that is perfect for a special meal. I hope you try this recipe!

Do you need Rosemary garlic herbs to roast this pork?

I am a fan of the Rosemary garlic herbs that I use in both the instant pot and slow cooker recipes for pork breeds. But if you don’t want to be busy making that, I would have a generous teaspoon of Garlic (affiliated link) and Ground rosemary (affiliated link) to season the pork. Or you can use any type of herb mixture that you have at hand that is good on pork!

How to make Instant Pot Balsamic Pork roast:

  1. Make the Rosemary garlic herbs, if used.
  2. Cut unwanted fat from roasting the pork length and rub it on all sides with the herb rubbing.
  3. Combine beef broth and balsamic vinegar to make the cooking fluid.
  4. Turn the immediate pot to bake, medium heat and heat the oil.
  5. Then add the pork roast and brown well on all sides.
  6. Remove roast and use a plastic turner to scrape any brown pieces on the bottom of the pot.
  7. Then add the roast back to the instant pot and pour the cooking fluid over it.
  8. Set instant pot on manual, high heat, 15 minutes.
  9. Use the nature delivery to free up the pressure to free up the pressure.
  10. Remove it to a cutting board and tent with foil to stay warm.
  11. Place Instant Pot to bake, high heat and let the cooking fluid simmer until it is reduced as much as you want.
  12. After the sauce has been reduced, cut it into pieces about 1/2 inch thick.
  13. Serve the Instant Pot Pigs roasted with sauce to sprinkle over the meat at the table.

Instructions

  1. Let the rosemary and garlic herb rub, if used.
  2. Cut unwanted fat from roasting the pork -lending, depending on your preference, rub it on all sides with the herb rubbing.
  3. Combine 3/4 cup of beef broth and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar to make the cooking fluid.
  4. Turn the immediate pot to bake, medium heat and heat the oil.
  5. Then add the pork roast and brown well on all sides. Don’t hurry, we brushed it for about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove roast and use a plastic turner to scrape any brown pieces on the bottom of the pot.
  7. Then add the roast back to the instant pot and pour the cooking fluid over it.
  8. Set instant pot on manual, high heat, 15 minutes.
  9. Use the nature delivery to free up the pressure to free up the pressure.
  10. Remove it to a cutting board and tent with foil to stay warm.
  11. Place Instant Pot to bake, high heat and let the cooking fluid simmer until it is reduced as much as you want. (We put it for about 10 minutes.)
  12. After the roast rest while you reduce the sauce or at least a few minutes, cut into pieces of about 1/2 inch thick.
  13. Serve the Instant Pot Pigs roasted hot, with sauce to sprinkle over the meat at the table.
