Insilicotrials, a health technology company that develops on AI -based simulation to predict the safety and effectiveness of medicines in the development process of medicines, announced that it has been accepted in the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus program.
The Microsoft for Startups Pegasus program is a program-all invitation that is intended to speed up the expansion of startups with high potential. It connects growth phase companies with Microsoft’s global sales channels and Enterprise Customer Network.
The program is aimed at startups with proven product market fit and the possibility to scale in areas such as AI, health care, cyber security and retail.
Insilicotrials will use The cloud infrastructure of Microsoft Azure and AI possibilities to promote its digital simulation platform that supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies and researchers in increasing research and development, improving the design of clinical test and reducing the dependence on traditional clinical studies.
In a statement insilicotrials said that the technology “digital twin and virtual patient models, AI-based simulations and privacy-retaining synthetic patient populations, aids designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of drug development”.
Involvement in the Pegasus program will help Insilicotrials provide its range via the Azure Marketplace.
“Insilicotrials is aimed at expanding access to simulation and AI tools that help the organizations of the life sciences in risking faster development of safer, more effective treatments, “said Luca Emili, CEO of Insilicotrials, in a statement.
“By becoming a member of the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus program, we enable us to scale our reach, improve our integration with Microsoft Azure and bringing the benefits of in Silico tests to more customers worldwide.”

Outgoing AI was selected in 2024 to participate in the Pegasus program of Microsoft.

The organizations said that the addition of two advanced computer models to the Insilicotrials Platform researchers and pharmaceutical companies enable to develop therapies faster. The models are designed to help scientists predict which drug combinations will be the most effective.
