Insider’s non-update about Jazz-Kevin Love situation speaks volumes

In August the NBA is relatively quiet because the biggest storylines outside of season are usually resolved. Therefore, when the trade in Georges Niang takes place in August, it will demonstrably get more coverage than in other months. For the same reason, many keep their eyes open to the jazz situation of Kevin Love-Utah. The last one that did not deliver much about it, but also showed that neither of them is in a hurry.

NBA -Sinsider Jake Fischer revealed the last about love during his live stream with Bleacher report on August 7, where he revealed, well, nothing. And not just a repeat of what he has said in the past about the love situation. He actually gave nothing, point, Intel.

“I have not heard anything essential at the moment about the future of Kevin Love,” said Fischer (18:45).

Although many will be disappointed by the lack of an update, the most important collection meals are that neither love nor Utah are in a hurry to do anything at the moment. Everything points to love this season will not be a jazzman, and that seemed clear that the second Utah was exchanging for him, but it can take a while before this has a resolution.

Utah does not have to hurry to resolve the love situation

Although most of the storylines of the low season are solved, there is still a considerable amount left before we enter the training camp. That only starts mid -September, so Utah has until that time to do something about love.

Love has no commercial value because he is on the wrong side of 30 and, like every player around his age, far from the star he used to be. Even if he is paid on Chump change, no team acquires that if they can just wait until he touches the open market. That is why no Intel has been confirmed in the month since the original trade that love has a trade protection.

Perhaps what the jazz is waiting for is that the trading restriction is removed, so that they can combine with love with someone else to actively acquire someone else or at least cut off the grid. Love cannot be traded with anyone else until it is officially two months ago that the Jazz has acquired him, so that gives Utah a reason to wait out.

Even if we all know how this story ends, this does not mean that Utah will end it as quickly as possible, because nothing positive or negative will arise from doing that. Giving more options is probably the best route to take. Love will be bought out or traded, but that does not mean that Utah has a reason to come up immediately, just because they can.
