Influencer Tammy Hembrow talks the Gold Coast lifestyle for a rewards club giveaway
Influencer Tammy Hembrow has teamed up with Love Island contestants Kye Lambert and Yana Marks to host a $3 million mansion giveaway.
The Gold Coast social media star appeared in a series of online videos for RS Rewards, a subscription-based platform that offers members the chance to win “cars, cash, holidays and more”, according to its website.
“I have a confession to make,” Hembrow said.
‘I’m giving away this dream house, worth two million dollars.
“This house is incredible. It takes your breath away.”

One of Aus’ top influencers, Hembrow caused a stir at a weekend premiere, debuting her new flame, 22-year-old model Grayson Te Moana
Hembrow, one of Australia’s biggest online earners with 16.7 million followers on Instagram alone, runs a fitness app and is supplementing the business with sisters Emilee and Amy.
It is the second time Victorian RS Rewards has given away a home in the Queensland holiday town, this time a waterfront property that was abruptly taken off the market late last year.
The winner can choose to win the house or a cash prize of $2 million.
Located on a gated estate in the northern suburb of Runaway Bay, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home was listed to Harcourts Property Hub agent Brent Winston in December with an expected price of around $3 million.

It is understood the owners withdrew the property from sale shortly afterwards.
RS Rewards Club founder Billy Beasley did not reveal any details about the purchase.
“It’s confidential. It’s simply that we don’t want our competitors to know how we operate,” Mr. Beasley said.
“The house is probably worth somewhere over $3 million.”
Mr Beasley said Hembrow “ticked all the boxes” in promoting the giveaway.
“We were just looking for high-end influencers who are local to the region, and Tammy has lived there all her life and has a large following, so she ticked all the boxes for us.”
Hembrow was joined by Love Island Australia season 7 winner Yana Marks, along with partner Kye Lambert.
The house has a wide view of the water
There are five bedrooms and several indoor-outdoor zones
Mr Beasley said regular subscriptions to RS Rewards start from $20 per month. Members have access to an online discount portal and are automatically entered into the drawing on March 6.
He said the subscriber numbers were also “confidential” but added that the draw would take place regardless of the number of participants.
Features of the mansion include expansive water views and an open-plan interior with high ceilings and multiple indoor and outdoor areas that flow into a large swimming pool surrounded by terraces and gardens.
It came onto the market at the end of 2025
The master suite opens directly to the outdoors and has bay windows that frame the water, along with a walk-in robe and en suite bathroom. A fifth bedroom or home office has its own entrance, while there is also a double garage with workshop space.
Residents of the Seaquester Quays estate have access to shared facilities including tennis courts, botanical gardens, a barbecue pavilion and a private boat ramp, plus easy access to nearby shops, schools and the Paradise Point waterfront area.
Property records show other luxury homes within the estate changed hands in 2025 for between $2.45 million and $4.05 million.
