After they have admitted that no clubs are willing to pay their original asking price of £ 25 million, Manchester United Chiefs have lowered the asking price of Jadon Sancho to just £ 17 million.

After a significant lack of interest in the attacker since he returned to Manchester after his Chelsea loan, the blues paid a fine of £ 5 million to circumvent their purchase obligation.

Unfortunately, the United sent back to Square One about what they do with a player for whom they have selected a ridiculous £ 73 million.

Reports had suggested during the summer that Sancho was closer to a move to Juventus – until David Ornstein expressed himself to crush the rumors and the question of where they had come from in the first place.

In the light of the 25-year-old who is struggling to collect voorders, United will now demand a whole £ 8 million less than they initially wanted, but it has opened the door for one side to establish their interest.

Indeed, Borussia Dortmund are now back in the mix for their former star, with Ben Jacobs claim that they are ‘Currently debating’ Whether you have to make an approach in the coming days.

Why Sancho will probably prefer (another) Dortmund Return

It is a transfer that Sancho is likely to appeal to how he has never reached the productive form that he has shown with the Bundesliga outfit in his first stint.

The attacker spent four years in the Signal Iduna Park after drawing from the youth of Manchester City and became one of the most popular prospects in world football. When he left for United in 2021, he had achieved a hugely impressive 50 goals and 64 assists in 137 performances in all competitions.

Of course he then returned to the club in the aftermath of his fall-out with Erik ten Hag, where he did a six-month loan in the second half of 2023/2024. Sancho played 21 times and sent three goals and three assists.
