India female opener Smriti Mandhana Another spring added to her cap by catching up with the Amy Satterthwaite of New Zealand to become the seventh highest Run-Getter in Women’s ODIs. The match also meant a milestone for the Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur, who played her 150th ODI. However, it was not a memorable outing for her because she only knew 11 points of nine deliveries.

As the first blow, India placed a competitive total of 281/7 in 50 overs. In addition to Mandhana, Opener Pratika Rawal was impressed by a solid 64 of 96 balls, causing a 114-run opening partner to suffocate. At number 3, Harleen Deol played positively and scored 54 of 57 balls to keep Momentum.

For Australia, Megan Schutt Was the most effective bowler, which ended with 2/45 in seven overs, while Kim Garth, Annabel Sutherland, Alana King and Tahlia McGrath each entered with a wicket. Australia pursued 282, lost their skipper Alyssa Healy for 27, bent by Kranti Goud.
