The system includes analysis tools for property owners (user data, energy consumption, income report) to understand how chargers are used and how they can maximize their value. Their operating model is aimed at minimal prior costs for property owners, so that the infrastructure is set up or manage in a way that can earn back owners of real estate in the course of time instead of bearing a large initial costs. They work with different hardware providers, which means that the software can manage different types of EV chargers instead of being locked up in one supplier.
