Hosted by This-Ability Inclusion Network, a thought leader and advocacy group within Coca-Cola, Novie led the conversation around supporting employees with disabilities, employees who are caregivers for loved ones with disabilities, and consumers of all levels.
In this live recording, Coca-Cola colleagues show how inclusive practices have shaped their work and lives. In this episode, Novie is joined by the following Coca Cola representatives: Alisa Fiser, Senior Vice President, Global Talent & Development; Tim Dignard, Senior Director II, Global Sports Partnerships and Operations; Allie Andrews, Senior Director, RGM Capabilities & Insights; Curtis Hughes, senior manager, national sales; and Elizabeth Grimaldo, field operations support manager.
As co-founder and global sponsor of the Special Olympics, Coca-Cola has been at the forefront of the movement to unleash the limitless potential of individuals with intellectual disability and the power of sport to bring people together and ultimately transform lives. This long-term partnership is built on the shared values of optimism, acceptance and inclusivity that Special Olympics and Coca-Cola have brought to communities around the world over the past fifty years.
