In Milan, 60% of the houses will be redeveloped within five years

According to an analysis of the Casavo portal, based on the assessments performed on the platform in 2024, 60% of Milan’s property must be re -developed.

25% of the properties evaluated in Milan are in energy class G, while 19% in class F. These are low energy categories that require interventions in narrow rounds to get to the deadlines on time. There is thermal insulation, less polluting heating systems, intelligent consumption management and the use of renewable energy sources. It must be said that houses in the classroom and 16% represent and those in class D 14% of the assessments: these are figures that exceed the national average. The rest of Italy

In general, at national level, 29% of the properties that are evaluated on Casavo is the Energy Class G, while 15% falls into class F. The capital contains 42% of the properties in class G – a clearly higher data than Milan – and 14% in class F. Turin get better results: ‘Only half of the houses must be redeveloped, with 13% of the apartments in class G and 16% in F.
