A woman who has spent $ 25,000 on a facelift has revealed what she wishes she knew before she stuck to Mexico before the procedure.
Peggy Lynn Marchetti, 60, has shared daily recovery updates with its 7,450 Instagram followers since she underwent an abundance of procedures in Guadalajara just three weeks ago.
Under the care of surgeon Dr. Fabian Mendoza had them an extensive deep, close facelift, upper and lower bleparoplasty – when the skin is cut around the eyes and tightened – a lip lift and fat injections to replace the volume in her cheeks.
Mrs. Marchetti has been more than happy to answer the questions of people about her stunning glow, and surprisingly she said that the operations did not leave her in much pain.
She said, “The first to three days is uncomfortable. You have the headdress the connections and I had three drains.
“You have a lot of swelling, so you feel very tight, but I would not believe that pain is just uncomfortable and difficult to rest.”
But it was in an independent video that Mrs. Marchetti revealed the things she wanted her to do before she had a facelift.
Immediately speaking on the camera, she started explaining that she wanted her to have had earlier, but not for the reason you would expect.

Peggy Lynn Marchetti became the clock for decades after her facelift
She said: ‘I would have done it much earlier, somewhere between 50 and 54 years old. Why? Because you heal faster, you are generally better health and your face and your body still match.
‘Believe me, if you look 40, but your hands and your chest tell a different story, it’s not good. Today’s face lifts are not the face elevator of your mum. Cosmetic surgery has taken a long way. ‘
While she wishes what she wish she had known and that she acted, she said she is sorry that she is not liberal with SPF because years of sun damage has left her with ‘discoloration, fine lines, wrinkles and crepey skin’.
IIn my younger years, I wished I would have taken sunscreen much more seriously, not just on my face, but on my neck, my chest, my hands.
‘Those UV rays as your age appears, and they will rob your skin of all the appearance. I completely kick myself. ‘
Mrs. Marchetti also said she wanted her to start anti-wrinkle injections when she was younger.
‘I would have started botox and have been consistent, a little consistency and maintenance, preventively, all those measures go a long way, “she mused.
Finally she advised others in the hope of having a facelift to ‘start saving early’ and seeing as if they would do a pension pot.
“You are worth the investment in cosmetic surgery,” she said. “It doesn’t matter where you get it, it’s not cheap.”
Mrs. Marchetti did not explain how much she spent on her operations, but responded to one follower: ‘The costs really depend on the procedures you have done. My surgeon, hospital, medication, recovery, at home, clinical tests, pre-operation, post surgery, therapies, travel and incidents. A good budget $ 20- $ 25k. ‘
Last week we unveiled the equally amazing results of a London grandmother who flew to Turkey for a face procedure.
She spent £ 10,000 her face lift and invested the money she saved by specifying smoking sixteen months earlier.
