A senior BJP leader who is credited for strengthening the party in Bengal is in the middle of a massive controversy after he had lost his patience and threatened to stitch a female demonstrator. A video of the confrontation of the former MP Dilip Ghosh with the women in Kharagpur has become viral and is criticism of the prevailing Trinamool.
Mr. Ghosh was surrounded by the local women when he went into a newly built road in Ward Number 6 on Friday. The women doubted his absence during his term of office as a member of parliament, as a result of which the former BJP chef of the state raged.
“Where were you all the time? We didn’t even see you a day when you were a member of parliament. Now, after our councilor (Pradip Sarkar of the Trinamool) built the road, are you here? ” A woman asked.
Mr. Ghosh reacted aggressively and burned the demonstrators as Trinamool supporters. “I built it with my money, not your father’s money. Go and ask the Pradip Sarkar about it,” the BJP leader hits back.

The women were not allowed. One of them asked: “Why bring our father upright? You were a member of parliament, can you talk like that?”
The situation quickly escalated with Mr Ghosh who answered: “I will raise your fourteen generations.” “Don’t scream. I will choke on. I had given money for this from my Mplad fund when I was a parliamentarian,” he threatened the protesters and called “Trinamool’s dogs”.
The argument led to tension in the area, so that a police team of the nearby police station in Kharagpur Town would reach the place. By that time the women had surrounded his car. Reports suggest that they even tried to hit the car, forcing Mr Ghosh to leave the area.
Speaking with reporters, Mr. Ghosh later claimed that the Trinamool had orchestrated the protest. “These are opportunists barking for RS 500 (Lakshmir Bhandar – a government schedule for women). Those barking, Dilip Ghosh will raise their father.”
“I had worked for the construction of this piece of road with the Mplad Fund -money that was sanctioned during my term of office. I went there to switch it on, but a few women came to protest during the instruction of the city councilor. When Pradip Sarkar was chairman, I was a MLA.
In an online post he said that the road was built on RS 2.6 Lakh and that it will improve the living conditions of the locals in the low -lying area.
A year prior to the elections of the state meeting, the incident has provided ammunition to the Trinamool to focus on the BJP, which in Bengal in Bengal in Bengal in Bengal in recent years and is now intended to cancel the Mamata Banerjee government.
