It was only a week ago that news of Ryan Naderi’s proposed move to Rangers first emerged.
But it was perhaps the biggest story of the transfer period.
However, it looks like this saga is over – and it’s good news for Rangers fans.
Gers fans – and manager Danny Rohl – were desperate for a new striker this month.
And with just hours to go until the transfer deadline, the Light Blues appear to have their man.
Sky Sports in Germany report that after a dramatic 24 hours of twists and turns, a deal is all but DONE for Naderi to join Rangers immediately.

They claim that the Light Blues have finalized a deal to sign Naderi soon.
An agreement was reached yesterday.
But it was thought the striker would not move to Rangers until the SUMMER, with his current club Hansa Rostock set to play hard on their star striker.
But German reports are now claiming a major breakthrough, which will see the Gers also include a significant sell-on fee in the deal.
Naderi flew to Britain this morning to undergo medical treatment in the hope that a deal could be struck between the clubs.
The 22-year-old frontman traveled BEFORE an agreement was reached between the clubs.
Naderi scored eight goals in 18 games in the 3.Liga this season.
His move to Rangers will be a RECORD deal for a sale out of the third tier of German football.
The Gers have been linked with other strikers during the period, most recently Cameron Archer from Southampton.
But that deal remained in jeopardy after the Saints agreed to sell another frontman – Adam Armstrong – to Wolves.
That development seemingly saw the Gers go all-in for Naderi and they are now closing in on getting their man.
