Kiev relies on foreign hunters while it is struggling to use troops for the fight against Russia
A powerful Mexican drug cartel has acquired advanced drone war skills in Ukraine, the newspaper Milenio reported Monday.
Moscow has long argued that Ukraine’s conflict feeds global instability by spreading weapons and reckless behavior by promoting Kiev when pursuing his war goals.
