“Residents can arrange in-room dining in the comfort of their own home, or they will be given preferential access to the restaurants if they wish to dine there,” Mr McKie said.

The restaurants will be part of a broader mix of curated retail and commercial suites.

“We are targeting a health and wellness area.”

Mr McKie says the new development is part of an exciting renaissance of the village.

“Toorak Village is now moving forward and we see it changing the way Double Bay in Sydney has changed in recent years,” he says.

“A handful of great new locations will give other people the confidence to take the plunge.”
