Adjusting the loft angle of a Cobra King TEC Mini Driver

There are a few simple steps you can take to adjust the loft angle of your driver. All you need is an adjustment tool or a wrench to get started.

This is how you can adjust a Cobra King TEC Mini Driver:

1. Locate the screw on the sole of your Mini Driver that secures the drive head to the axle.

2. Using the wrench, loosen the screw by turning counterclockwise.

3. Once the screw is fully loosened, you can rotate the adjustable hose to a lower cage or a higher cage depending on your preference. You will notice the loft figure you had the driver set to and you can rotate the shaft to up to 33 other options.

  • Maximize distance / high launch: increase loft (go up on the map, e.g. F4 or G3)
  • Windage/Low Launch Control: Use lower loft settings such as G3, G4, or F3

4. Once you have rotated the hosel to the desired loft and lie setting, slide the shaft back into your club head. Your new loft will be displayed through the window on most drivers.

5. Replace the screw and tighten it clockwise with the wrench. When it is completely tight, you will hear a crank that sounds like the driver is creaking. At this point the screw is tightened as much as necessary.

Each time you want to adjust the coop or mooring, repeat this process.
