Horseshoe Bay Resort, the AAA-Four Diamond and Conde Nast Readers’ Choice Award-winning resort, part of the Crescent Hotels & Resorts Latitudes collection, will host its 20th annual Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival on Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8. Guests can join other foodies, jazz enthusiasts and wine enthusiasts for one of Horseshoe Bay Resort’s most anticipated annual events.

“We are thrilled that this wonderful tradition brings together culinary stars and world-class musicians for an amazing weekend experience,” said General Manager Randy Zupanski. “Our lineup of renowned and stellar local chefs, plus internationally touring musicians is a rare combination in the Texas Hill Country. We are very much looking forward to this weekend of festivities, featuring wine tastings from 15 Texas Hill Country Wineries, cuisine tastings from 11 exceptional restaurants and some of the best Grammy-winning jazz music anywhere.”

The 2025 Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival features celebrity chefs, jazz performances and creative culinary experiences all weekend long. A seated five-course dinner and wine pairing kicks off the festivities on Friday, prepared and presented by three celebrity chefs, along with Horseshoe Bay Resort Culinary Director Gilbert Moore and Resort Executive Chef Tommy Suddeth. Saturday features cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs, followed by the Wine & Jazz Stroll featuring Texas Hill Country wine tastings, exquisite food samples prepared by leading regional chefs and restaurants, and live jazz on the lawn.

This year’s celebrity chefs come from Texas and beyond. Horseshoe Bay Resort’s culinary team is joined by Chef Shawn Osbey, whose talents have been showcased on Food Network’s Chopped, OWN’s Checked Inn and Good Morning America. Osbey helped launch Las Vegas hotspot Tao and has held executive chef positions at several top hotels on the Strip; Chef Jesse Kuykendall, a Laredo native – also known as “Chef Kirk” who served as executive chef at Ocho in San Antonio and won an episode of Food Network’s Chopped in 2020; and local chef Sara Heard, who is known for her commitment to sustainability, raising chickens and goats and maintaining a garden to fully embrace the scratch-from-scratch philosophy and cooking with whole animals.

Musicians include singer Rebecca Jade who toured with Sheila E. and appeared on the Emmy-nominated show “Let’s Go Crazy: The GRAMMY Salute to Prince.”; Monty Seward who has collaborated with New Kids On The Block, Tevin Campbell, Diana Ross and The Jacksons; Supergroup BPM which brings together Grammy-nominated bassist Brian Bromberg, two-time Grammy-winning guitarist and producer Paul Brown, and saxophone sensation Michael Paulo; keyboardist Gregg Karukas who won the 2013 Grammy for Best New Age Album for his work on the CD Echoes of Love; and award-winning trumpeter, vocalist and singer-songwriter Ilya Serov.
