Highlights! Taira supplies a filthy main event face crank

Tatsuro Taira returned his flying weight momentum last night (Sat., 2 August 2025) at UFC Vegas 108 Live ON ESPN+ From within UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, while the Japanese competition carried out by Hyun Sung Park with an entry in the second round (Face Crank) in the main event.

Taira came his last time-out from a loss of a split decisions for Brandon Royval-What was the first loss of his MMA career but he was still strong in favor of taking care of ‘Sin City’ this weekend. Originally it was supposed to be a flying weight of competition Amir Albazi, who would welcome Taira back to the Octagon, but an injury hit Albazi and he was replaced by park.

Park, who came in unbeaten this weekend with a finishing speed of 90 percent, struggled at the start of its very first UFC Main Event. He allowed Taira to land two crispy right hands a minute in the first round that let him crash to the Canvas. Park is a cool hunter, so he could get up again, but writing seemed to be on the wall.

Taira level changed early in the second round for a beautiful Takedown and quickly went to work. He was eventually able to show off his back to take skills and to bring Park serious danger. Taira quickly locked a tight face crank and went to work until Park could no longer touch and tapped.
