Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk (or macadamia, cashew or hazelnut milk)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for dusting
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of ground cloves (about half a teaspoon scoop)
- ¼ teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 pack of Chocolate Toku Flow (rich in nattokinase, a heart-healthy enzyme)
- ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped to serve
- Pour the almond milk into a small saucepan. Add cinnamon, ginger, cloves, vanilla and salt.
- Heat gently over medium heat until steaming and just beginning to foam, then remove from heat.
