Gro Digital Platforms, a joint venture between commercial vehicles Major Ashok Leyland and Hinduja Leyland Finance, drew a memorandum of agreement with IDFC First Bank to launch Fastag Services for fleet owners throughout India.
The cooperation is intended to enable a smarter and more connected logistics ecosystem by improving digital efficiency and promoting intelligent mobility in fleet activities.
As part of the agreement, Gro Digital Platforms will promote Fastag via the dealer network of Ashok Leyland, the company said in a statement published here on Tuesday.
Mudasar Mohamed, CEO of Gro Digital Platforms, said: “This partnership corresponds to our vision to create a technology-driven integrated road freight platform that improves efficiency and offers a value of added value to our Fleet partners. With Festag-Integration in our devotion in our devotion.” Under the partnership, IDFC First Bank will also use GRO Digital Platforms’ Flagship ‘Sadak Kaathi’ program to offer extensive assistance along the road to eligible fastag clients of commercial vehicle.
