Luisa Moreno, CEO of Graphano, commented: “The high-resolution data acquisition will provide critical subsurface intelligence to guide our strategic development of the Black Pearl property. We are utilizing proven geophysical methods that have successfully identified mineral systems in this highly promising region.”
Airborne Geophysics – Research Specifications
Prospectair Geosurveys will conduct the survey over approximately 637 line kilometers in the Laurentides region of Quebec. The helicopter survey uses N130-oriented traverse lines with a line spacing of 100 meters and control lines at a distance of 1,000 meters.
Technical specifications include:
- real-time differential GPS navigation,
- cesium vapor magnetometer with magnetic base station for daily correction,
- time-domain EM system that records multi-channel off-time responses, and
- strict quality control with re-flight criteria for line distance and magnetic noise.
Graphano expects to integrate the airborne datasets with existing geological and exploration information to support follow-up field investigations and prioritization of target areas.
Bulk sample update – LAB and standard projects
Graphano is currently in the process of engaging an engineering firm to submit and manage bulk sample extraction activities at the company’s Lac Aux Bouleaux (“LABORATORY“) and standard project areas. At the same time, the company promotes data collection activities related to:
- selection of sample extraction sites,
- geochemical analysis,
- assessment of infrastructure requirements, and
- planning of environmental closures.
Geological reports are prepared to support site selection at both the LAB and standard sites. The company is also planning the location of waste rocks in parallel with bulk sample permitting and engineering preparation.
About Graphano energy
Graphano Energy Ltd. is an exploration and development company focused on evaluating, acquiring and developing energy metals from exploration to production.
