Here are a few holiday gift suggestions for 2025. This one focuses on golf equipment. Follow the link for ideas on golf clothing and shoes for gifts for 2025.
As with everything in GolfBlogger’s gift guides, I have personally tested and approved each item.

ShotScope rangefinder
ShotScope makes a variety of rangefinders, GPS watches and shot track tagging systems.
The company recently sent a custom Pro-X rangefinder for review and I found it to be excellent. Read GolfBlogger’s ShotScope Range Finder review.

Big Max Dri Lite Prime cart bag
Thoughtfully designed and made from high-quality materials, this Big Max cart bag is my new favorite.
My last Big Max bag lasted eight years (and is still in great condition, so it has become my ‘Up North’ bag). This will undoubtedly last even longer.
Waterproof material with waterproof zippers; quick access magnetic pockets; cooler bag; and barely visible branding make it top class luxury.

Honma TW 767 Max driver
Honma flies under the radar of the average weekend golfer, but that shouldn’t be the case. They are great clubs, especially, I think, for golfers with slower swing speeds.
An example of this is the Honma TW 767 Max Driver. I found it to be a club that rewards a measured, easy swing with excellent results.

Super Stroke REVL comfort grips
Super Stroke’s recent acquisition of venerable grip manufacturer Lamkin has brought together a slew of technologies and manufacturing expertise. One of the products that has emerged are the REVL Comfort handles.
I quite like them. They are my current choice for replacement handles.

Cigman CT-1200 rangefinder
The Cigman CT-1200 is an affordable rangefinder with a nice twist: an external display for the distances. Zap the distance with the eyepiece and then look to the side to see the results in large, easy-to-read numbers. After using the external display for a while, I don’t know how I would have lived without it. It’s like having a second screen for your PC.

Detroit Goldfinch Grand River
This is hands down the best putter I have ever used. The Big river mothballed my Scotty Cameron Newport. I’m considering buying a second one for my “Up North” bag. And maybe a third in case something happens to the first two.

SuperStroke Marvel Comics Putter Grips
Looking for the perfect gift for the golfer who already has everything? Consider a Marvel-themed putter grip from Superstroke. They have Spiderman, Hulk, Deadpool, Wolverine, Venom and my favorite: Iron Man

Liddle speakers
I found this in one of the aisles at the PGA Show in January 2025. It is a small, powerful Bluetooth speaker with a magnetic mounting feature. As you can see from the photo, it works well as a combined phone stand and speaker. Of course, it also adheres to metal parts of your golf cart.

Stewart Q Follow
The Q Follow does exactly what it says: it follows you around the course, controlled by a remote control that you wear on the back of your pants or shorts. It’s basically a robot caddy. Now if only it would help me line up my putts.

The AT Zip Navigator AT makes walking on the golf course an absolute pleasure. After hitting a ball, I use the remote to send it forward toward my ball, which is kept aligned by its internal gyroscope.
