When you talk about the greatest of all time in mixed martial arts, Georges St-Pierre has to be a prominent part of that conversation. He is easily one of the most successful fighters in the history of the sport, as well as being one of the most respected competitors to ever step foot in the cage.

Looking ahead to the future, it’s hard to imagine anyone having the same impact at welterweight as St-Pierre. He ruled that division with an iron fist, eventually moving up to 185 pounds and winning a title there as well.
Along the way, GSP obviously had quite a few life experiences that gave him stories that will last a lifetime, including one about the great Cindy Crawford.
Distractions will always be there.

St-Pierre tells a funny Crawford story
“We have a little TV in the dressing room, and sometimes they show the celebrities in attendance, and I saw Cindy Crawford. She used to be my favorite. Oh my god, she’s so beautiful, and today she’s still an amazing woman.”
“I saw she was in the crowd and I thought, Oh my God, she’s going to see me perform, and I was nervous. There was a moment during the fight where my nose was bleeding and I got BJ Penn against the fence. I looked through the fence and I saw Cindy Crawford, and I thought, My God, she’s so beautiful. She’s so pretty. She’s so beautiful.”
“Then I look next to her, and she’s with her husband! Her husband is watching me stare at his wife. Then I’m back in the fight.”
