That is not really a surprise since the electrified G80 was built as a converted G80 with ice instead of a ground-up EV like the GV60. That car shares its substantiation with the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6.
One thing that the electrified G80 had done for it, which many of his competitors did not do was the fact that it was terribly Look normally.
