17 Cypress Court, Minyama, has its own private beach
A Queensland billionaire has re-listed his ‘legacy estate’ that he personally built more than 30 years ago.
The expansive waterfront residence, called Tangaroa, sits on a 2083 m² block with its own private beach and 94 meters of deep water frontage.
It is owned by property developer Mal Pratt and his wife Judith.
The couple bought the block in 1995 for $950,000 and first put the property up for sale in 2023.
In 2024, it was listed for offers over $25 million.

The average house price in Minyama now stands at $2.56 million, up 18.5 percent in the past year and 83.5 percent in five years.
Based on that trajectory, Pratt’s home could soar toward $30 million if he lands the right buyer.
The current house sales record in Minyama is $17 million, which was set in December last year.
Tangaroa’s listing is now with Harcourt’s Prestige agents Matthew Wall and Nathan O’Neill.
There is currently no price list where the property is simply stated ‘For Sale’.
