Hello friends! Have a nice Friday! How was the week?
I’m sorry I disappeared on you this week. I really needed a second to breathe. The pilot was gone – he is back today! – And I prepared the girls for back to school, but also … I just had a mini blog crisis. I had one before and just had one of those weeks in which I was just a bit of a funk. I am back now and have missed you all <3
We try to find our Groove here with the life of the airline, but it has definitely been more cold than the life of the military and commander. I have waited so long for this time to be real here and I am so happy that it is. I just try to determine our new routine. P starts again on Monday Homeschool (we’re going here!) And I will share what we have planned – many fun things that you fool.
(Jell-o-arm of this week’s Pilates class. We wore arm weights all the time and it was fierryyyyy.)
Meal preparation saved me during these solo parenting weeks, even if we ate all the fruits within 3 days. 😉

It is time for the weekly favorite party. Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and on the internet. I also always like to hear about your favorites, so please scream something that you love in the commentary section below.
8.8 Friday Faves
Fashion + beauty + random:
July Reader Faves! It is always nice to go back by finding analyzes and the bestsellers I shared here on the blog.

Here are your best choices from July:
The Lumebox! I am so pumped that you love this as much as I do. I use this every day. My code fitnessista saves you $ 260!
My favorite hot pink suit.
My Spanish flats obsession.
The skylight calendar has changed the game for us. We can synchronize our schedules, add meal plans for the week, the girls can check their chores every day and earn stars (which translates into money and rewards), and it has been so good.
The best wireless bra throughout the country.
This super cute girl set.
The holy grail of back-to-school sneaker protection.
This mop/vaccuum. It is the only reason why my floors are flawless. I use Tak Basics in it, even if you don’t have to be technical.
This olive oil! It is one of the things I hit when we are in Spain, even if you can buy it on Amazon.
Always fill it up during the Nordstrom sales.
Functional laboratories! I am so happy that so many of you have used the Huge equilife sale on laboratories.
This sale includes the Vita-min-tox test (I use these two tests every day with my wellness clients) and the Big 5 Labs; The most extensive test package. If you buy a test option for Sunday and would like me to be the one who goes through the results with you and help with an action plan, I would like to refrain from my coaching costs. Just send me a copy of your Oder number with the subject test to gina@fitnessista.com. You can also stack my code fitnessista10 if it is your first time it is ordering.
