Jeff Jabbora brings a proven track record with leading real estate brands to his role as VP Franchise Sales. He has led franchise sales for the Realogy family of companies, including ERA Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty, served as Vice President of Franchise Sales for Engel & Völkers and most recently was a top-producing Director of Franchise Sales at RE/MAX, where he led the RE/MAX Luxury Division. Jeff is also a luxury manufacturing team leader and former executive director at Allison James Estates and Homes, with deep expertise in brokerage growth, franchise development and high-end sales execution. He is a proud combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Scott Mitchelson is Senior Vice President of International Franchise Sales at The Agency, where he leads global expansion strategy and manages regional vice presidents in domestic and international markets. In his first year, Scott exceeded sales goals by 162%, generated $69 million in gross commission revenue and earned recognition by the President’s Council. He spearheaded the expansion into four new international markets within 18 months and closed the largest deal in the history of the Corcoran brand in 2024 by joining McEnearney & Associates, raising just under $50 million for GCI. Prior to joining The Agency, Scott spent more than two decades in franchise development, serving as Regional President at Windermere Services Company, where he expanded its territory by more than 1,300 agents and contributed to a $120 million increase in GCI.

He has managed P&L responsibilities, guided M&A integrations, expanded Engel & Völkers’ network across America, and built growth-oriented divisions at Weichert Realtors.

His leadership has helped the company expand from fewer than 10 agents in a single office to a network of more than 150 offices in more than 14 countries around the world. Formerly Director of Franchise Communications and Director of New Office Operations, Ricardo has been featured in HousingWire as a Rising Star and in The Los Angeles Business Journal as an industry leader. His team is responsible for recruiting and onboarding more than $1.5 billion in annual sales volume for The Agency.
