Free lifespan begins for thoroughbred breeders extensively

The free lifelong start for Thoroughbred Breeders Service, which was launched earlier this year, has been expanded with all registered racing horses and younger horses that have been registered but have not reached the job.

The service offers a free racing record for thoroughbreds that is updated after every domestic or international start.

“We were delighted to automatically offer updated free lifelong starters to breeders for the current foal vegetable, and I am happy that we can expand the service so quickly to race breeders with horses,” said Matt Iuliano, executive vice president and executive director, the Jockey Club. “As we hoped, the answer to this initiative is overwhelmingly positive.”

Following the direct e -mails that are sent to RECORD breeders that announce this expansion, more than 8,500 horses are now registered, which represents around 2,250 unique breeders.

“We expect these figures to continue to grow, because requests to participate in this service have remained stable,” said Iuliano. “It is encouraging to see so many breeders who are interested in following the career of their horses, and we hope that it will make it free and easy to do this will be beneficial for the horses when their racing career are over.”

Fokkers can subscribe to this service during the registration application process. Fokkers from Thoroughbreds who have already been registered, including those who are currently racing, can register by having the request from the Fokker Race records that is available on register.jockeyclub.com. When subscribing, breeders receive an e -mail with a link to all eligible horses, each linking to an Equineline.com product 9 (Lifetime Starts in Past Performance Format) report.

This service for breeders to receive free lifelong starts in the past performance format was developed by TJC Innovations in combination with the Jockey Club register.
