Freddie Freeman about the battle of Dodgers: ‘I really have no answers’

The Los Angeles Dodgers have had trouble lately, and with a little less than a month to go until the late season, the level of care is much higher than normal.

The defending champion has dropped seven of their last nine games, including a brutal five-game Losing Streak.

Superstar Freddie Freeman recently spoke about the frustrating game of his team and related things back to a terrible production from the Bagman’s box.

“Don’t score runs, it’s just not who we are,” Freeman said. “We don’t get anything going. We don’t get the hits.”

“We don’t have it for a while,” he added. “I really have no answers.”

For a team that is bound for the second most runs per match in MLB (5.03), it is frustrating to see their 21-25 record since the All-Star Break. Due to a mix of injuries, stars that are on top of each other and at the time of breakdown, the ‘switch’ must be reversed.

“I thought I would talk to you after this game and I tried to think of some answers,” Freeman said. “Sometimes you just don’t have the right answers. Just don’t really sit down here and give some clichés. We just don’t play very well. Our pitching was great tonight. We were not good attacking. There is no sugar coating. We don’t have to find this out and find it out quickly.”

Now that October looms up, time seems to go up to find out the attacking struggles. This month the Dodgers will be a collective .243 as a team with an OPS of .705, which is in 22nd place in MLB.

Freeman doubled the trust of his team individually, but detailed how as a team the results can not be found anywhere.

“We all have faith in who we are as baseball players. We just don’t do it in the field now,” Freeman said. “The game of baseball is really difficult, but the concept is simple. We are making the concept very difficult now.”
