The Australian Pro Greg Chalmers played a lifetime during the PGA Tour, PGA Tour of Australasia, DP World Tour and now the PGA Tour Champions Senior Circuit. But it is unlikely that the experienced veteran once suffered a rules, just like the person who undo it this weekend.
Chalmers was disqualified during the last round of the Boeing Classic 2025 on Sunday. The reason was officially a violation of the non-compliant club line. But the full story is much bizarre than that.

Chalmers started to start with the PGA Tour Australasia, where he won five tournaments from 1997 to 2014, including two Australian Open victories and two Australian PGA victories.
Although he never dominated the PGA tour, he took a career tour victory at the Barracuda Championship 2016. His best finish in a major was a T4 at the 2000 PGA championship in Valhalla, won by Tiger Woods.

He warned rules of civil servants when he noticed the offensive sensor on his wedge. According to Chalmers, they contacted the USGA that officially considered Chalmers to have used a non-compliant club, which resulted in a disqualification.
