Francisco Lindor shares injury update and discusses alleged clubhouse issues affecting 2025 Mets

While speaking to reporters on Sunday, Lindor questioned whether or not he thinks he will be in the lineup when the Mets open the regular season with a home game against the Pittsburgh Pirates on March 26.

Is Francisco Lindor optimistic he’ll be ready for Opening Day?

“I’m very optimistic,” Lindor explained Alex Smith from SNY. “As a player, my goal is to be there on Opening Day. I trust the Mets staff.
