This could be good news for the many Fantasy Premier League (FPL) sore tendon that are included Jeremie Frimpong (£ 6.0 million), one night when Mohamed is wrong (£ 14.5 million) eventually came in an attacking return.

The hope for a Frimpong start stimulated

‘Unfortunately, Virgil [van Dijk] Is sick today. We miss Alisson. Joe Gomez is not there, Conor Bradley is not there. ” – Arne Slot

A total of 32 players received a runout, but none were Van Dijk, Alisson, Bradley or Joe Gomez (£ 5.0 million).

Although he was optimistic that the first two were fit for next week’s community, the Bradley university is good news for the current ownership of Frimpong 26.4%.

“Virgil [van Dijk]Normally not. For Joe Gomez and Conor Bradley it will be tight. Alisson will also be back in time. ‘ – Arne Slot, when asked if they will miss the community shield and/or game week 1

Arriving from Bayer Leverkusen, Frimpong feels a right back unfair. He is an attacking force, with 28 goals and 35 assists from the last three Bundesliga campaigns. His tendency to overlap should also benefit Salah, because it will keep the Egyptian central.

That is why a Frimpong start on the opening evening sees fairly likely.

But Liverpool is confronted with Newcastle United and Arsenal in Game Weeks 2 and 3 and have to keep a summer clean slone. Indeed, nobody was held in their last five 2024/25 games, although they had already secured the league title after the first of these.

One goal wrong

Is this the best Salah we have seen in FPL?

Speaking of Salah, the most expensive player of FPL took his first attacking return for the season in his fifth outing.

On 0-0 he has one Cody Agat (£ 7.5 million) Shot that scored scary wide but soon broke the impasse. Sent the left flank, Hugo Ekitike (£ 8.5 million) played the ball over the goal, where the 33-year-old was there to convert.

Salah then created Florian Wirtz‘s (£ 8.5 million) shot out on goal from eight meters that was directly to the goalkeeper.

It was even a surprise that Salah ended with just one contribution. Has handed over a late fine, it may still not have landed by the time you read this. However, do not expect that he will lose Spot-Kick tasks.

Brace for differential gakpo

A more successful summer is Van Gakpo. Now the departure of Luis Diaz should start the Dutchman in Gameweek 1 and see differential potential. Furthermore, it is of course more difficult to call because it depends on Liverpool’s transfer activity.

Very early, Gakpo’s left-sided cross helped a Wirtz header that passed scary. And after the Bilbao-based giants equalized, he couldn’t finish an Ekitike Knockdown.

In a preserved appearance, however, the reclassfied FPL -midfielder soon made it good by going home, a rebound of Ryan Gravenberch‘s (£ 5.5 million) attempt – only to be in the wrong place when an athletic header bend into him.

But again, Gakpo said sorry in the right way. This time a direct Gravenberch -Pass founded its strike.

Wirtz + Ekitike

Is Gakpo overlooked because Wirtz and Ekitike are shiny toys?

As mentioned, the German missed two enormous opportunities for 74 minutes. His dribbling and crossing attempts were also frustrating to look. But despite that, the positioning of Wirtz FPL managers could easily appear in the box.

Frimpong starts Bradley

Above: a map of the three shots of Florian Wirtz, according to Sofascore

‘We lost with Trent [Alexander-Arnold] A lot of creativity from behind. Trent’s crossing and choosing runners was so special – I think Flo [Wirtz] Also has this quality in a completely different position. But he brings that creativity, the pace of Hugo [Ekitike]The pace of both full-backs-milos [Kerkez] and Jeremie [Frimpong] Today. ” – Arne Slot

In the meantime, Ekitike created two major efforts in less than an hour and had two shots for himself. Although Alexander Isaac-Based questions (£ 10.5 million) are still lingering, a strong community shield display can feed a game week 1 -bandwagon.

Ngumoha is the next big thing

Before all this, the main position was temporarily evacuated when an alarm went off. When fans settled back in their chair for the first meeting, they witnessed a special introduction to Wonderkid Rio Ngumoha.

In a second string side that youth mixed with a few senior squad members, this 16-year-old noticed.

He yielded the first goal of the day by receiving the ball near the half line, going on a solo run and completing cool from just outside the box. Shortly thereafter the teenager went down Ben Do‘s (£ 5.0 million) cross for a simple left foot Darwin Nunez (£ 6.5 million) Finishing-the fifth of the striker’s preseason.

Ngumoha has not yet been added to the FPL game, but the three goals of this summer and two assists can change that. The output of Diaz can also propel him the left pecking order. Keep an eye on his progress.

Elsewhere a big long-distance shot from Doak almost 3-0, but he was quickly successful. The tight corner shot would probably go down as a FPL-own goal, spirit

Start XI for the 4-1 win: Woodman (Pecsis 46); Stephenson, Nyoni (Stapel 67), Robertson, Tsimism; Elliott, Jones (Laffy 84), Mac Allister (Lucky 56); Doak (Dance 56), Darwin (Koumas 80), Ngumoha (Kee-Doherty 67)
