Simon Adingra (£ 5.5 million) took his first Sunderland goal and Crystal Palace were involved in two-hour competitions when the friendly competitions for the season continued on Tuesday.

All of us put together a photo of each side while these warming competitions continue.

This is what we saw in the latest kickabouts.

Crystal Palace 1-1 Mainz
Crystal Palace 2-3 Mainz

  • Go: Mateta | Esse, Lacroix
  • Helps: De Sar | Edourard, SOSA

Oliver Glasner split his team over two friendly matches of 60 minutes against Mainz in Austria.

The first XI sent a first team feeling about it, apart from the rear three.

For the second friendly running, the Hermila Hare (£ 6.5 million) and Jean-Philippe Mateta (£ 7.5 million) Combo produced a goal.

It seemed that the chance had disappeared when Sarr the Mainz keeper expelled and was divested twice, but the winger had the calmness to choose Mateta, which, through a deflection, put his second goal of the pre -season.

Dean Henderson (£ 5.0 million) was busy in the first game, making a series of great stops to keep Mainz at bay. Even he could not prevent a late level, which in himself was a rebound after another Henderson Save.

Maybe it was no surprise that he got his gloves muddy. The rear three consisted of a midfielder Jefferson Lerma (£ 5.0 million), younger Pofe jemide and a rusty looking Chris Richards (£ 4.5 million), who made his first performance of the summer. Daniel Munoz (£ 5.5 million), leaving itself after international obligations, also looked a bit of the pace – but then that is exactly what these friendly competitions are for: fitness structure.

It was the opposite in the second-hour game: a usually second string side, with regulars Maxence Lacroix (£ 5.0 million) and Marc Guehi (£ 4.5 million) at the rear. Guehi himself was back from a slight injury.

At first glance, Henderson does not seem to worry much about a wobbly display of Walter Benitez (£ 4.5 million).

The Eagles went down 3-0 earlier Romain Esse (£ 5.0 million) scored a charity to reduce the overdue payments. The second goal scorer of Palace was a potential game week 1 target: defensive contribution magnet and underestimated set of threat, Maxence Lacroix (£ 5.0 million) nodded home A Borna Sosa (£ 4.5 million) Free kick. The deliveries of SOSA look really good, but, as we have said a few times this summer, he has to expel first Tyrick Mitchell (£ 5.0 million) at the left wing.

Crystal Palace First XI v Mainz: Henderson, Richards (Rodney 45), LERMA, Jemide, Muñoz, Wharton, Hughes, Mitchell, Sarr, Eze, Mateta.

Crystal Palace Second XI v Mainz: Blessed, blessed, Lacroix, Guéhi, Ahamada (Cardines 30), Devenny, Kamada, Sosa, Radney 46), Nketiah (Edward 46), Esse.

Hull City 2-1 Sunderland

  • Goal: Adingra
  • To help: Talbi

After the first buzz of their wave of summer sign elements, there might be a bit of realism in Sunderland. Pre-season shape must be taken with a pinch of salt, but back-to-back defeats for Hull City and the heart of Midlothian, and no victories in four, show that work must still be done prior to the big kick-off.

Although Regis Le Bris is hit hard by various injuries, especially in the defense. New left back Recapture (£ 4.0 million) must also make his debut after a World Cup break after the club. Really, from the keeper and back to see four at Hull, alone And Ballard (£ 4.5 million)-who shook a mid-game beat to continue Trai Hume (£ 4.5 million) are regulars.

“In an ideal world you would have everyone in place, but it is never possible. So we manage the situation. For a player like Reinildo, for example, with his background and experience, it will be easier for him than a young boy.” – Regis Le Bris

At least there was still some joy, at least, with two summer signing sessions that combine wide for the only purpose of the Mackems. Adingra was the scorer and finished neatly of one Chemsdine Talbi (£ 5.0 million) Cut-back.

“We believe that these two wing players will have a huge impact for our game and against the opposition defense, but they need time. To create references, to understand the connection with their teammates. And this is both in games and in training.” – Regis Le Bris on Chemsdine Talbi and Simon Adingra

The visitors also encouraging many other openings, but the finish was collective Tam-Deputy that Sunderland came out of the championship with a meager goals that were defeated by eight other second-class sides.

Eloh (£ 5.5 million) had one of the best openings and shot directly on the goalkeeper of the hosts of Wide on the six-year box. He is one of the better £ 5.5 million forward options for gaming guarantees, at least in the first instance, but we have still reserved about his objective.

Enzo le Fee (£ 5.0 million) was still playing and had a considerable chance of his own chance, but his most important contribution in this competition was less positive, accidentally Hul for their level. The Tigers scored on the escape to seal the victory, two Sunderland defenders were surpassed in the trial. More goals for hosts could have followed.

But in the pre-season are confronted with very different types of opposition, including direct, physical types, exactly what Le Bris wants his side before the meaningful things begin.

“The pre-season is set to create new habits through different experiences, so we tried to build our game model with new players and we have to live different experiences. This was the case with Hearts and we have difficulty dealing with direct game, we have managed this situation here with more efficiency, so we grow as a team. We have two or three more games.” – Regis Le Bris

Sunderland XI: Merit; Hume (Tuterov 68), Ballard (Lavery 68), Selt (J. Jones 68), H. Jones (Hugins 68); Sudiki (Brown 68), the Diarra (Neil 68), Less (Roberts 68); De 68), Adingra (Ogsulas 68), May (Abdullahi 68).
