Tyler Dibbling (Southampton to Everton, £ 40 million)
The toffees have the money splashed on the signing of the 19-year-old Tyler Dibbling (£ 5.5 million) from Southampton for a package of around £ 40 million.
The international of England under the age of 21 last season, especially in the first half of the campaign. He was, As Everton notedIn the Top 20 Premier League players for attempt at take-on and successful dribbles per 90 minutes.
There are obvious comparisons Jack Grealish (£ 6.5 million), not only in the hair/socks department.
“He is the most talented player I have ever seen. He finally plays as number eight or number 10, but he was 18, so we played him wide and he was incredible. We played him like a false nine in the preseason and he was our best player.” – Russell Martin about Tyler Dibbling, which he managed in Southampton at the beginning of 2024/25
Despite his promising dribbling figures, he is still a work in progress, with only two goals and no assists to his name last season. He was also in and out of the Saints XI, that first mania about his talent who made way for a healthier realism that this was a teenager in his first right year of professional football.
Underlying numbers-qua numbers were the minutes per chance (m/c) and minutes per chance (m/cc) averages were both poor, even compared to those who play for an attack as blunt as Everton:

Of course, special mitigation goes to the fact that he played for one of the worst sides that the English top flight has ever seen.
So, where does he fit in this constantly promising looking Everton attack?
Dibling is expected to be on the right wing, with new boss David Moyes previously stated that it was a priority position to fill in the summer after the loan departure Jack Harrison (£ 5.4 million) and Jesper Lindstrom.
Indeed, during his debut on Wednesday evening in the EFL Cup, that is exactly where he could be seen ( Sofascore):

That can be a bit of a collision course with Idiman Ndima (£ 6.5 million), who started and scored the right-wing position in game week 2. It is absolutely the Senegalese star shirt to lose, and in any case there are games in which Dibables, Ndiaye, Ndiaye And Grealisk will start – right, respectively in the hole and on the left. That would mean Kieran Dewsbury-Hall (£ 5.0 million) Move deeper, something that we have not liked to see Moyes doing.
So expect in the beginning banking performances for DIBLING, perhaps if he learns the ropes of Ndiaye and Grealish a little more. However, £ 40 million is not a figure that you would increase for a long -term replacement.
“There are so many players here to learn from players of real quality, such as Jack Grealish and Iliman Ndiaye.
“I would say that the WOW factor in my game is my dribbling. That is what I am best at and that is what I want to excite the fans, and I hope I can do a lot of it.
“My goal for this season is just to play as many games as I can and to help the team as much as possible with goals and assists. As a team we can hopefully have a good season and see where it goes.” – Tyler DIBLING
James Justin (Leicester City to Leeds United, £ 10 million)
Noah Okafor (AC Milan to Leeds United, £ 18 million)

James Justin (£ 4.0 million) And Noah Okafor (£ 5.5 million) The 11th and 12th signing sessions of the Season of Leeds have become because the newly promoted club wants to beat the drop.
James Justin
The versatile Justin will probably initially offer coverage for starting full-backs Jayden Bogle (£ 4.5 million) and Gabriel Gudmundson (£ 4.0 million).
Justin played a role in every Premier League match for Leicester last season and scored and assisted twice.
But he is initially a non-starter, both in FPL terms and on the Daniel Farke team magazine. Joe Rodon (£ 4.0 million) and Gudmundson are for the same price and more assured of minutes, so join them if you are behind a Leeds Stopper.
Noah Okafor
Just like Justin, colleague New Signing Okafor has versatility for him, with the attacking player who can play in multiple positions.
But it is on the left where we expect to see most of him. It is where he could be seen as a replacement in Gameweek 2, and where he started in the Midweek Cup Tie against Sheffield Wednesday.
That means competition for Wilfried Gnonto (£ 5.5 million) mainly.

Boven: Noah Okafor’s Touch Heatmap in Gameweek 2
Okafor follows a few other attackers with an injury that live from former glory to join Leeds: Lukas Schoon (£ 5.0 million) and Dominic Calvert-Lewin (5.5 m).
Last year’s season for Okafor was Stop-Start, interrupted by injury and spread over Stints with parent club Milan and on loan in Napoli. He only made the start XI five times in 2024/25, with his competitions as an unused replacement (14) who almost corresponded to his total Serie A performances (15).
Last two seasons in Italy
| Season | Team | Starts (Sub apps) | Minus | Go | Helps |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2024/2025 | AC Milan | 5 (6) | 413 | 1 | 0 |
| 2024/2025 | Napoli | 0 (4) | 36 | 0 | 0 |
| 2023/2024 | AC Milan | 6 (22) | 872 | 6 | 2 |
Before moving to Milan, Okafor was in RB Salzburg. Even there he was not a man of 90 minutes: 11 Starts and 10 replacement performances in both 2021/22 and 2022/23. He took nine goals and nine assists in the first, so there is potential there – but just like Nmecha it has not been realized in recent years.
Douglas Luiz (Juventus to Notts Forest, Loan)
Omari Hutchinson (Ipswich to Notts Forest, £ 37.5 million)
James McATee (Man City to Notts Forest, £ 30 million)

In the midst of criticism from their manager Nuno Espirito Santo, Forest has brought three new players in the past two weeks.
Forest was good for FPL-Activa last season because of the consistency of their manager in line-ups, but with European football this season we could see the difficult trees rotate.
Douglas Luiz
Central midfielder Douglas Luiz (£ 5.0 million) brings a wealth of experience in the city area, after signing Juventus on loan.
In his time in Aston Villa, Luiz established himself as one of the best central midfielders in the competition, where Villa reluctantly let him leave because of PSR reasons.
His time in Italy was disappointing for all parties involved, but if the Brazilian can return to his villa levels, Forest could have found a bargain.
Central midfielders are often avoided in FPL, but Luiz was the exception because of his set piece of bravery, such as figures from his last season at Aston Villa Show:
However, four of those nine goals were punished and it is unlikely that he will get them in the forest. In terms of Points Defensive Contribution (DC) he had a ZO-Zo 14 of that in 2023/24.
The big question: will the owners of Elliot Anderson (£ 5.5 million) sweating? Not necessarily, with Danilo gone, Nicolas Dominguez (£ 5.0 million) in the longer term and now forest Allegedly entertaining offers for Ibrahim Song (£ 5.0 million). Forest can actually be worse off for figures in the central midfield than last season.
James Mcatee + Omari Hutchinson
Furthermore, the waters are at the forest James McATEE (£ 5.5 million) and Omari Hutchinson (£ 5.5 million)
Both were able to work in a number of different positions in the forest team, but spent most of last season on the right flank:

Forest there had four different players in Gameweek 2 there. And ndoye (£ 6.0 million) started on that wing before he changed flanks with Callum Hudson-Odoi (£ 6.0 million) at the interval, with the two broad men who combine for the equalizer. McATEE then came up directly before Hutchinson was called in later and took that position and sent Mcatee in the ’10’ role.
It is sufficient to deter potential owners of Forest Wingers in FPL. Even Morgan Gibbs-White (£ 7.5 million) now has legitimate competition in the form of McATEE. Although it may not affect too much of its starts, it can certainly put a dent in its minutes, with Nuno able to call on a much stronger bank than last season.
As far as Hutchinson and Mcatee are concerned, they have a lot to do to convince fantasy managers, even if they make their way to the XI of Nuno. Neither of the players won more than three Premier League goals in a season in a season, although their biggest top campaign for minutes both came for degraded parties (McATEE for Sheffield United in 2023/24, Hutchinson for Ipswich Town in 2024/25).
McATEEE strongly registered on the last campaign of the Midfielders’ minutes per XGI (Hutchinson is also shown below for comparison), although in his case we are talking about a very small sample of game-time:

Comments from manager Nuno Espirito Santo also indicate that he will stay with his familiar lieutenants in the near future, so Hutchinson and McATee may have to wait for the Premier League play time and initially earn their crust via the Europa League.
“These connections started last season. I always believe that routine increases complicity. That is what we need from players who became members, to achieve this level. Because there are no miracles – it is only through time. We have to integrate them. Then we will see what they can give and what we can demand from them.” – Nuno Espirito Santo
