Flushing Meadows, New York-It is far removed from the Abitibi-Témiscamingue mining area, Québec to Flushing Meadows, New York.
But four guys had made up for their T-shirts, got their hat game and went on the way to a three-day sports trip (which included a METS competition on Wednesday evening).
However, they usually came for tennis.
And on Thursday they were spoiled with their terrain passes: first Denis Shapovalov (WIN), then Gabriel Diallo (loss) and finally Félix Auger-Aliassime (Win).
Their energy is never marked. They added a bit back and forth with the two guys in the fantastic “Tennis Ball Vesten (unfortunately the last day was before the two). The last game ended after 11 p.m., so their endurance was impressive on his softest.
One thing is certain, the players appreciated it. And that also the fans around them, at the end of the Auger-Aliassime match they had fans who asked for photos with them and came and discovered their story.
When one lady complained about them, another even came to them to warn them that the security was on the road – to give them a heads -up. In the end, the fans around them all stood in to add that they only added, did not detract from the match. And so nothing more about that.
This is how they looked.
On Friday evening they were near the broadcast position in Louis Armstrong Stadum, which encourages Leylah Fernandez in a brave but eventually failed campaign against World No. 1 and defending champion Aryna Sabalenka.
On Saturday, their last day, they will be at the front and are central to Auger-Aliassy while he takes no. 3 Seed Alexander Zverev in Louis Armstrong Stadium.
Regarding Shapovalov against Jannik Sinner in Arthur Ashe?
Well, the $ 500 US price tag is Wayyyyyyyy about their budget.
So if someone of you wants to help some brothers in that respect, they would like to hear from you!
Here is a small interview with them after the FAA victory.
