In his last three outings, the 20-year-old has reached the champion competition on every occasion.
“It is a good start to try to become a top player and also try to play against very good players,” said Prizmic about his early success of challengers. “It’s a good feeling, but I think it’s something that in the beginning it is what I have to pass to be a good player.”
Prizmic makes his US open debut as a qualification and will strive for 15th seed Andrey Rublev in the opening round. Fourth in the PIF ATP Live Race to Jeddah, Prizmic is in good position to qualify for his first trip to the next genes of Gen ATP, presented by PIF, which runs from December 17-21.

Holt, 27, now makes his first US Open Main Draw appearance since that memorable victory. At that time, Holt had to win a Challenger title, but his first two triumphs came to that level this year, in Nonthaburi, Thailand and Bengaluru, India.
