Enjoy classic tomato sauce in a fitness version packed with protein, thanks to lean beef and a special protein dumpling. It is a perfect complete lunch after an intensive training that gives you great satisfaction and replenishes the necessary nutrients.

- 1 whole cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar

Instructions:
Place the meat in can cover with water and bring to a boil. Remove the foam from the surface and add it saltybay leaf, allspice, pepper, and cook the meat covered over low heat until done.
