For the gnocchi we need:

Preparation:
Cook it all potatoes in their skin until they are soft salted waterdrain them and let them cool completely. Then peel and grate them. Mix the spinach of flour and add to the potatoes.

Work with your hands in one compact dough (if it is sticky, add more flour) and divide into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a log on a floured surface and cut into pieces gnocchi. You can press them gently with a fork for a nicer texture. Then boil them in boiling water until they float. Then remove them.
In a bigger one pan, heat oil and fry nicely chopped garlic, add the gnocchi, drained chickenpepper and coarsely chopped herbs. Briefly sauté and serve, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
